We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Our ergonomic lumbar pillows are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure quick and safe delivery.

Overnight Shipping

- Delivery time: 1 business day
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST
- Not available for PO Boxes

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship next business day

- Accurate shipping address (we cannot ship to PO Boxes for Express/Overnight)

- Any special delivery instructions
Delivery Attempts
- Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts
- Packages may be left with neighbors or building management
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for Express or Overnight shipping
- APO/FPO addresses available with Standard shipping only
- Some international destinations may be restricted
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us immediately at support@lumbarpillow.co
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier
- Replacement or refund provided within 48 hours of claim approval
- No additional cost to you
Order Tracking
- Tracking number sent via email once order ships
- Track your order on our website using your order number
- Real-time updates available through carrier website
- SMS updates available upon request
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December):
- Please allow 2-3 additional days for delivery
- Order early to ensure holiday delivery
- Express shipping recommended for last-minute gifts
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address?
- Contact us within 2 hours of placing order
- Once shipped, address changes not possible
- Package can be redirected through carrier (fees may apply)

- Each shipment will have its own tracking number
