We offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee on all LumbarPillow products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items should be in good condition (normal use is acceptable)
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@lumbarpillow.co with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid shipping label
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Refund Processing Time
- Inspection: 2-3 business days upon receipt
- Refund approval notification: Within 24 hours of inspection
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- Total time from return receipt: 7-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago (covered under warranty instead)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Gift cards or promotional credits
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll expedite a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us immediately at support@lumbarpillow.co with photos of the damage.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees or import duties are non-refundable
- Allow additional 5-10 business days for processing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for our errors
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of excessive use beyond normal testing
- Items returned after the 30-day window but within warranty period
- Items not in their original condition due to customer damage
